Parkhill is actively seeking a dynamic and driven file clerk to enhance our team. As a valued member, you will collaborate closely with our Operations Support team to streamline workflow and ensure efficiency and organization. This exciting opportunity is based in Norman, OK. This is a part-time, exempt position paid on an hourly basis.

Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest. We have 13 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.

Your Contribution

  • Organizes and files documents according to filing system requirements.
  • Searches for and investigates information contained in files, inserts additional data on file records, completes reports, keeps files current, and supplies information from file data or removes files upon request.
  • Keeps records of material removed, stamps material received, traces missing files, and types indexing information on folders.
  • Makes copies of documents as needed. Types labels.
  • Converts paper documentation to electronic.
  • Assist with office related duties as needed.

Your Qualifications

  • 0-3 years of experience in an office support role.
  • Knowledgeable in the use of office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and mail handling equipment.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office products is a plus.
